it seems like just yesterday i was driving out to Powell Butte to take Lashae's Senior Photos,
i would not have guessed then that i would gain, not only a friend, but a sister and a whole Cowboy family to love me and lift me up!!! I also would not have guessed that my dear La-shoo would get married 6 days before me and that i would have the honor of shooting her wedding.
Having watched her walk through the years following High School, going to Africa twice and learning to love beyond what she knew, i can truly say i couldn't be more proud!!! Lashae, you truly are my "little sister"! I love you so much and can't wait to take PREGO pics in a couple months!!!!! **
Chaney wins the award for "best first look facial expression" ever!
i always suggest that the bride and groom do a "First Look",
Chaney & Lashae opted to do it the old fashioned way, and not see each other
until She was walking towards him.
if every groom could do this when they see their Bride walking towards them, i might not be so eager to do a first look...
After an incredibly wonderful day, the Bowens road off into the Sunset in a Big Green Tractor...

Oh thanks for posting this and just bringing back beautiful memories of a beautiful day...and a beautiful "sister" relationship. God is just so good. Love your blog and posts and especially YOU my dear. I also love the post with your wedding pictures...You look on the outside just like the Princess that you are inside...SWEET!!!!
I've looked at this post like a hundred times and every time I just think about how much I love it. And How FREAKING much I love you and miss you. This post makes me want to cry it is so so sweet and gosh it's just great. Thanks for posting it. You truly are my big sister and I am so very thankful for you!
Oh and I think your post about yourself is pretty darn amazing too. You looked so incredibly beautiful and glowing that day! :) So happy for you.
